Pre-orders & shipping

Our first batch ships in June 2026. We'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. If anything changes, we'll reach out to you directly via email.
Yes — Shopify processes payment at the time you place your order. However, if for any reason we're unable to fulfill your pre-order, you'll receive a full refund immediately. We only ship what we can deliver.
No problem at all. Email us at purecompanyy@gmail.com before your order ships and we'll cancel and fully refund you within 2–3 business days. No questions asked.
Right now we're shipping within the United States for our launch. International shipping is something we're actively working toward — sign up for our emails to be notified when it's available.
Shipping is $4 standard rate or $10 for expedited on all US orders. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Products & ingredients

Most body care products use fillers, synthetic fragrances, and preservatives that irritate sensitive skin. Every Puré product is made with a short list of clean, real ingredients — no parabens, no sulfates, no synthetic fragrance. We also use raw Samoan cacao, which is richer in antioxidants and nutrients than processed cacao.
Yes. We pride ourselves on using minimal, clean ingredients and avoid synthetic fragrances, parabens, and sulfates. Always patch test if you have known sensitivities.
Yes, all Puré products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and source only plant-based ingredients.
We use raw cacao sourced from Samoa, where cacao has been cultivated for generations. Samoan cacao is prized for its purity and high nutrient content — it's one of the reasons our products feel and smell so distinct.
With daily use, the Cacao Body Butter typically lasts 4–6 weeks. The Koko Body Scrub, used 2–3 times per week, lasts about 6–8 weeks. A little goes a long way with both.
